Product Operation Product Operation
APP will identify the current network of mobile phone
automatically. After inputting the password of home Wi-Fi
and click "Confirm" button, APP will skip to the connection
interface.
Click "Compatible mode" on the upper right corner of the Dibea APP interface to enter the
hotspot distribution network surface, and click "Start distribution network" button at the
bottom for the distribution network.
Step 5: Join the host into home Wi-Fi
If the hotspot distribution network is failing, restart the host and repeat the above steps for the
distribution network, or return the intelligent distribution network.
To enter the intelligent mode when the hotspot distribution network ("START" key shows green
light) needs the long press of "START" key and release. After the machine makes prompt tone and
the yellow breathing light of "START" key flashes, and the machine will enter the pre-distribution
network mode.
After waiting for seconds, the machine makes prompt tone and the red breathing light of "START"
key flashes, the machine enters the intelligent distribution network.
To enter the intelligent mode when the hotspot distribution network is failing ("START" key shows
purple light) needs the long press of "START" key for about 3s. Release the key after the machine
makes prompt tone and the yellow breathing light of "START" key flashes, and the machine will
enter the pre-distribution network mode.
After waiting for seconds, the machine makes prompt tone and the red breathing light of "START"
key flashes, the machine enters the intelligent distribution network.
After the host enters the intelligent distribution network, click "Return" button on the upper left
corner of Dibea APP to return the intelligent distribution network interface for the distribution
network.
Step 6: Control of the host with APP
After the host is accessed to Wi-Fi, the host makes prompt
tone and "START" key shows yellow light, which indicates the
distribution network is successful. When the APP interface
skips to the control interface (if APP interface fails to skip for
a long time, return APP to the start interface), the host can be
controlled. The host added right now will be added to the start
interface of APP.

Method I: One-click upgrading
Method II: Set the host as pre-upgrade state for upgrading
If distribution network is available, turn on the host power, waiting for the successful connection
between host and APP (the connection time may be different due to different network environment),
keep the host in the standby state. Enter the APP host operation interface, click "..." button on the
upper right corner, choose "Check firmware upgrading", and press "Immediate upgrade" button
when APP pops up a dialog box "New equipment firmware is found".
Wait for seconds, enter the upgrade state after the host makes prompt tone and "START" key shows
red breathing light, and the APP interface also shows the current upgrading process.
Before upgrading firmware, please ensure the host power is sufficient, the home Wi-Fi is normal and
the mobile phone APP can be connected with the host. (Note: If there is no distribution network,
please refer to the "Fast networking" manual for distribution network)

  • Why does my d500-b hops frequently & move very slow instead of moving briskly & smoothly. I already made sure the universal wheel is correctly fitted & only use the auto clean mode, not deep clean mode Submitted on 28-6-2021 at 14:38
