IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

water or any other liquid.
■ Always unplug when not in use, before cleaning or moving.
Allow to cool before cleaning or moving.
■ Always unplug the unit before attempting to move it. Do not
move when the unit is hot.
■ Do not use an extension cord with this unit.
■ Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not
the cord.
■ Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
■ DO NOT touch the surface and plates of the unit while the appli-
ance is operating and just after its works .These can become
very hot, use pot holder to avoid of risk of damage.
■ CAUTION: The warming surface will remain warm after the unit
is turned off.
■ Caution: This appliance generates heat during use. Proper pre-
caution must be taken to prevent the risk of burns, fires or other
damage to property caused by touching the sides or top while in
use or during cooling.
■ Do not use knives or metal objects on the nonstick surface.
■ Do not immerse the unit in water for cleaning or any other time.
■ This unit is recommended for household, indoor use only.
■ This unit has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way, as a safety
feature. Reverse the plug if the plug does not fully fit in the out-
let. Contact a qualified electrician if it still does not fit. Do not
attempt to defeat this safety feature.
■ This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including chil-
dren) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
■ Keep out of reach of children. This is not intended for use with
children.
■ This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an
external timer or separate remote-control system.
