4. Coloque con una cuchara la masa para magdalena en recipientes de
papel o directamente en los compartimientos engrasados hasta
cubrir 1/2 o 2/3 partes de su capacidad.

insertado en el centro salga limpio. Sáquelos y deje que se enfríen.
Bañe sus magdalenas de mantequilla de cacahuate y chocolate de
cualquier manera que desee. Incluso podría tratar de desparramar
más mantequilla de cacahuate como glaseado.
Magdalenas con trozos de chocolate
Ingredientes:
3/4 de libra (340 gramos) de trozos de chocolate
1/3 de libra (150 gramos) de mantequilla blanda
4 huevos medianos
2 1/2 tazas de harina
1 taza de azúcar
1/4 taza de leche
1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
1/2 cucharada de extracto de vainilla
1/2 cucharadita de sal
Preparación:
1. Bata la mantequilla y el extracto de vainilla hasta formar una mezcla
liviana y ligera. Agregue un huevo a la vez y bata con suavidad.
Agregue 1/4 de taza de azúcar después de cada huevo y mezcle por
completo. Coloque el polvo de hornear y la sal en la leche, luego
agréguelos a la mezcla. Agregue la harina y los trozos de chocolate.
2. Precaliente el Horno para minimagdalenas hasta que la luz de "listo"
se encienda.
3. Coloque recipientes de papel en los compartimentos para magdalena
o la masa con una cuchara directamente en los compartimientos
engrasados.
4. Vierta la mezcla en los compartimientos para magdalena engrasados
hasta llenarlos a 2/3 partes de su capacidad.
5. Cocínelos durante alrededor de 5 minutos o hasta que las
magdalenas se doren. Quítelas y deje que se enfríen. Después de
que las magdalenas estén por completo frías, espárzales su glaseado
favorito o decórelas como desee.
