PREPARATIONS FOR USE
Important: during assembly and
preparation for use, make sure the appliance
is UNPLUGGED from the mains.
1. Extract the bin from the appliance (fig. 1);
2. Turn the catches (F) at the sides of the
bin to release the lid (fig. 2);
3. Lift the lid (fig. 3).
USING AS A DRY VACUUM CLEANER
1. To use the appliance as a dry vacuum
cleaner, pour 1 litre of water into the bin
(fig. 4). Do not exceed the level indicat-
ed on the bin.
The water filters the dust, preventing it
from being dispersed in the atmosphere.
2. Close the bin and fasten the lid by turning
the catches (F), then put it back into the
appliance (fig. 5).
3. Fit the hose (Q) to the appliance by
attaching the connector to the coupling
and pushing until it locks in place (fig. 6).
To remove, press the release button on
the connector and pull out (fig. 7).
4. Fit the telescopic extension (S) to the
handgrip (fig. 8) and extend to the length
required (fig. 9).
5. Fit the required tool to the telescopic
extension (S) or directly to the handgrip
(P).
Turning the appliance on
1. Plug into the mains socket.
2. Press the ON/OFF button (I).
The appliance begins operating at minimum
suction power.
Turning the appliance off
To turn the appliance off, press the ON/OFF
button (I).
Electronic suction power regulation from
the appliance control panel
After pressing the ON/OFF button (I),
press the button (L) (fig. 10). Each time
you press the button, a light on the control
panel lights up according to the suction
power in use. Maximum power can be used
to vacuum up dust from rugs or hard floors
(marble, ceramic tiles, cotto etc), a lower suc-
tion power can be set to clean curtains or
other light/delicate fabrics.
