We were trying to print one copy of a document, but our printer kept pt printing the same document over and over. The message on the printer states stack copies and auto. We tried cancel on the printer and also our laptop on the print page. The only way we can get it to stop is to unplug the printer from the power source. Wheh we replug it, it keeps printing,
