OEUFS BROUILLÉS
15 g de beurre
2 oeufs
2 cuillères à soupe (30 ml) de lait
sel et poivre
1. Faites fondre le beurre dans un bol à P-HI
pendant 1 minute.
2. Ajoutez les oeufs, le lait et le sel et le poivre et
mélangez bien.
3. Cuisez à P-HI pendant 3 minutes, en
mélangeant bien toutes les 30 secondes.
BOEUF HACHÉ (MINCE
1 petit oignon coupé en
1 clou de girofle écrasé
1 cuillère à café (5 ml) dhuile
200 g de tomates concassées en boîte
1 cuillère à soupe (15 ml) purée de tomates
1 cuillère à café (5 ml) dherbes de Provence
225 g de boeuf haché
sel et poivre
1. Mettez loignon, lail et lhuile dans une
casserole, et cuisez à P-HI pendant 2 minutes
ou jusquà ce que ce soit ramolli.
2. Mettez tous les autres ingrédients dans la
casserole. Mélangez bien.
3. Couvrez et cuisez à P-HI pendant 5 minutes puis
à P-60 pendant 10-15 minutes ou jusquà ce que
la viande soit cuite.
OMELETTE
15 g de beurre
4 oeufs
6 cuillères à soupe (90 ml) de lait
sel et poivre
1. Battez les oeufs et le lait. Assaisonnez.
2. Mettez le beurre dans un plat à flan de 26 cm.
Cuisez à P-HI pendant 1 minute, jusquà ce quil
soit fondu. Recouvrez le plat du beurre fondu.
3. Versez le lange de lomelette dans le plat.
Cuisez à P-HI pendant 2 minutes
Battez le mélange et cuisez à nouveau à P-HI
pendant 1 minute.
