OMELETTS
15 g (1/2 oz.) de mantequilla
4 huevos
6 cucharadas (90 ml) de leche
Sal y pimienta
1. Bata los huevos y la leche juntos.
2. Ponga la mantequilla en una fuente de unos 26 cm (10").
Fije el nivel de potencia P-HI durante 1 minuto hasta que
se derrita. Unte la fuente con la mantequilla derretida.
3. Vierta la mezcla de leche y huevo en la fuente. Fije el
nivel de potencia P-HI durante 5 minutos. Bata la mezcla
y fije el nivel alto durante un minuto.
HUEVOS REVUELTOS
15 g (1/2 oz.) de mantequilla
2 huevos
2 cucharadas (30 ml) de leche
Sal y pimienta
1. Funda la mantequilla en un recipiente en nivel de
potencia P-HI durante 1 minuto.
2. Añada los huevos, la leche, la sal y la pimienta y mézclelo
todo bien.
3. Fije un nivel de potencia alto durante 4 minutos.
Revuelva cada 30 segundos.
CARNE PICADA SAZONADA
1 cebolla pequeña cortada en cubos
1 diente de ajo triturado
1 cucharadita (5 ml) de aceite
200 g (7 oz.) de tomate en trozos enlatado
1 cucharada (15 ml) concentrado de tomate
1 cucharadita (5 ml) de surtido de hierbas
225 g (8 oz.) de carne picada de res
Sal y pimienta
1. Ponga la cebolla, el ajo y el aceite en una cacerola y fije
el nivel de potencia P-HI por 2 minutos o hasta que la
cebolla esté tierna.
2. Añada el resto de ingredientes en la cacerola.
Revuelva bien.
3. Cubra y cocine en el nivel de potencia P-HI durante 6
minutos y luego en nivel P-50 durante 10-14 minutos o
hasta que la carne esté cocida.
