GARANTIA
1. A garantia cobre todos os defeitos de material e/ou de fabricação
que possam existir ou surgir num período de três (3) anos desde a
data da compra inicial (garantia do fabricante). Ver/analisar o produto
relativamente aos defeitos de fábrica e materias percebendo também
se está completo,imediatamente á data de compra ou imediatamente a
seguir receber o mesmo. Por favor guarde sempre o seu comprovativo
de compra.
2. Em caso de defeito pare imediatamente de utilizar o produto. Para
activar a garantia entregue ou envie para o ponto de venda onde o
adquiriu. O produto deve ser entregue limpo e completo, juntamente
com o comprovatvo de compra (factura/recibo de compra). Por favor
não envie ou leve o produto diretamente ao fabricante.
3. Esta garantia não cobre qualquer dano que resultem de má utilização,
influência ambiental (água,fogo,acidentes ect.), desgaste de utilização
ou falhas por não seguir as instruções fornecidas neste manual. A
garantia não se aplica se foram feitas modificações ou arranjos por
pessoas não autorizadas ou se foram utilizados componentes e
acessórios sem serem os originais.
4. Esta garantia não afecta nenhum estatuto dos direitos do consumidor
incluindo reivindicações de ato ilicito e reivindicações no que respeita
á quebra do contrato, que o comprador pode ter contra o vendedor ou
fabricante do produto.
A seguinte garantia, só se aplica no país em que o consumidor adquiriu
pela primeira vez o produto a um retalhista autorizado.
