GARANTÍA
1. La garantía cubre todos los defectos de materiales y fabricación,
existentes o que puedan aparecer, por un período de tres (3) años
desde la fecha de compra al minorista que inicialmente vendió
el producto a un consumidor (garantía del fabricante). Verifique
que la integridad de la silla y compruebe la ausencia de defectos
materiales o de fabricación inmediatamente en la fecha de compra
o inmediatamente después de la recepción. Conserve siempre el
comprobante de compra.
2. En caso de defecto, deje de utilizar el producto inmediatamente. Para
disfrutar de la garantía, lleve o envíe el producto al distribuidor donde lo
ha adquirido, en buenas condiciones, acompañado del comprobante
o factura de compra original. No envíe el producto directamente al
fabricante.
3. Esta garantía no cubre los daños debidos a mal uso, accidentes
naturales (agua, incendio, accidentes etc.), desgaste normal del
producto o el no respetar las instrucciones de este manual. La garantía
no se aplica si las modificaciones fueron realizados por personas
no autorizadas o cuando se utilizan componentes y/o accesorios no
originales.
4. Esta garantía no afecta los derechos de los consumidores, incluidos
reclamaciones por daños y por ruptura de contrato, que le consumidor
pueda presentar contra el distribuidor o el fabricante del producto.
La siguiente garantía se aplica únicamente en el país donde se vendió
el producto de minorista a cliente.
