MOET IK MIJ STEEDS OPNIEUW AANMELDEN VOOR MULTISCREEN TV?
U hoeft zich niet elke keer aan te melden als u gebruik wilt maken van
Multiscreen TV. U kunt dit als volgt instellen:
iPhone: tap in de TV Gids op het Caiway-logo, en zet bij Instellingen de
optie Auto inloggen aan.
iPad: zet bij Instellingen > Caiway TV de optie Automatic log in aan.
Android: zet bij Instellingen > Caiway TV de optie Bewaar gegevens aan.
MIJN BEELD LOOPT VAST, WAT MOET IK DOEN?
Selecteer een andere zender en keer daarna terug naar de gewenste
zender.
WAAR KAN IK GEBRUIKMAKEN VAN MULTISCREEN TV?
Multiscreen TV werkt alleen via uw eigen internetverbinding met glasvezel
van Caiway.
WELKE CAIWAY DIENSTEN HEB IK NODIG VOOR MULTISCREEN TV?
Voor de interactieve dienst Multiscreen TV heeft u een
Alles-in-1 Glas pakket van Caiway nodig.
HET BEELD VAN MIJN MULTISCREEN TV APPLICATIE STOPT,
HAPERT OF IS NIET SCHERP.
De kwaliteit van uw draadloze verbinding is mogelijk niet goed.
• Controleer uw wi-verbinding. Om gebruik te maken van Multiscreen
TV heeft u een sterk wi-signaal nodig.
• Android: het is mogelijk dat in het instellingen-menu het proel te hoog
staat en de telefoon niet aan de gevraagde capaciteit kan voldoen.
U kunt dit wijzigen in het instellingen-menu bij Instellingen.
OP HOEVEEL APPARATEN TEGELIJK KAN IK LIVE TV KIJKEN OP TABLET,
SMARTPHONE, LAPTOP OF PC?
U kunt op maximaal drie apparaten tegelijk live TV kijken.
Per apparaat kan er maximaal één uitzending worden opgevraagd.
