3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION 4. Release the upper part lock button, then lower the
upper part towards the base.
5. Ensure that the upper part is positioned properly on
the base. Lock the upper part with the lock button.
6. Connect the device to the power supply and test
each speed for a few seconds.
7. At the end of the test, set the speed controller to the
o position. Disconnect the device from the power
supply.
3.3.2. SELECTING PROPER BEATER AND ROTATION SPEED
ATTENTION: Before starting work, select the beater to match
the type and speed of mixing.
Dough hook is used for kneading dense and heavy
dough at the lowest rotation speed.
Flat beater is used to mix light dough and icing at
medium speed.
Wire whip is used to whip and aerate the lightest
masses, e.g., eggs or cream, at high speed.
NOTE: All beaters use planetary motion. The device user can
choose the beater rotation speed. Speeds are marked with
numbers from „1“ to „6“, where „1“ is the minimum speed
and „6“ is the maximum.
Setting the speed controller in the “o” position turns o
the speed.
Setting the speed controller in the „P“ position means peak
rotation power – pulse mode.
NOTE: When mixing dense ingredients, do not switch on
high speed because the device may be damaged. Adjust the
speed of the beater to the type of ingredients. If the device
vibrates, moves too much, etc., reduce the speed until the
unwanted movement stops.
3.3.3 HANDLING
NOTE: Do not insert hands or any other objects into the
bowl while mixing the ingredients. Also grasping the bowl
or beater during operation is dangerous and therefore

5. Place the ingredients in the bowl. Take care not to
exceed the amount that could cause them to escape
the bowl.
6. Release the upper part lock button and lower the
upper part towards the base.
7. Ensure that the upper part rests properly on the
base. Lock the upper part with the lock button.
8. Connect the device to the power supply.
9. Turn the speed controller from the “o” position to
the desired „1-6“ or „P“ position.
10. As you work, add ingredients through the hole in the
lid. It is forbidden to open the lid during operation.
11. If the ingredients stick to the walls of the bowl and
need to be detached, rst turn o the device and
wait for the rotating parts to stop, then clean the
bowl with a silicone spatula.
12. After nishing work, turn the speed controller to the
“o” position, then disconnect the device from the
