Congratulations on your choice of the Thermo-Hygrometer BONECO 7054!
General information
Physicians recommend a relative humidity level of 40%-60%. Our sense of
well-being then tells us that the humidity of the air in the room is ideal. And
this level is also ideal for our health, for the animals and plants in the room,
for furniture, instruments and much more.
You can use your Hygrometer to measure the relative humidity (Display 1),
if necessary, regulate the room’s humidity with additional appliances. In
addition, a thermometer has also been provided with the unit (Display 2).
Safety instructions
– Read the operating instructions carefully before using the Thermo-
Hygrometer and keep them for later reference.
– Only operate the Thermo-Hygrometer when it is completely assembled.
Setting up
Place the Thermo-Hygrometer on a dry, level surface. The Thermo-Hygrometer
should be positioned away from sources of heat or air conditioners using the
table stand or the hanging slot with a nail or screw.
Battery Installation
1. Lift the stand at the back of unit.
2. Slide open the battery door as indicated by the arrow.
3. Insert 1 AAA battery according to the polarity indicated.
4. Close the battery door.
Description of the appliance
1 Relative humidity or clock: select display by pressing the button Mode (3).
2 Indoor temperature.
3 MODE: Press to show relative humidity or clock on the upper display.
4 MEM: Press to turn memory function on and off.
5 MAX/MIN: Press to show maximum or minimum temperature as well
as humidity. Press once for maximum, press again for minimum.
6 Hanging slot.
7 HR: Hours set (while upper display is in clock mode).
8 MIN: Minutes set (while upper display is in clock mode).
9 °C/°F: Slide to select Celsius or Fahrenheit for temperature.
10 Table stand.
Disposal
Return your worn out Thermo-Hygrometer to your dealer for proper disposal.
You can obtain information on other ways to dispose of the Thermo-
Hygrometer from your local council.
Warranty
The warranty conditions are defined by our representative in the country of sale. Please
contact your dealer if, despite strict quality control, your Thermo-
Hygrometer becomes defective. You must present the receipt when making a
claim under the warranty.
