Kipfricassee
Ingrediënten:
1 kip (ca. 1000 g)
300 g champignons
500 g asperges
250 ml instant-vleesbouillon
100 ml room
2 pakjes witte saus (instant)
1 EL witte wijn
Kruiden: zout, peper, nootmuskaat
Bereiding:
Strooi zout over de kip en doe deze in
een magnetronschaal Laat het geheel
met deksel op 800 Watt gedurende ca.
16 -18 minuten garen. Maak de cham-
pignons panklaar en halveer ze, schil de
asperges en snij ze in 2 tot 3 cm lange
stukken. Verwijder de huid en de botten
van de gare kip en snij het vlees in hap-
klare stukken. Doe de vleesbouillon, het
kipvlees, de asperges en de champig-
nons in een magnetronschaal. Warm het
geheel met deksel al roerend op, op 600
Watt gedurende ca. 13-15 minuten. Roer
nu de room en de poedersaus erdoor en
laat het geheel op 600 Watt nog ca. 5-6
minuten opkoken. Breng het tenslotte
met witte wijn, zout, peper en noot-
muskaat op smaak.
Groene kipschotel
Ingrediënten:
400 g kippenborstfilet
1 kleine courgette
1 kleine groene paprika
125 ml instant-kipbouillon
200 g prei
150 g raapkool
150 g bleekselderij
2 EL crème fraîche
50 g kruidenkwark
Bereiding:
Was de groente en maak ze panklaar.
Snij de prei in ringen, en de raapkool en
selderie in dunne plakken. Stoof het in
een magnetronschaal met deksel op 600
Watt gedurende ca. 6-8 minuten. Snij de
kippenborstfilet fijn, de courgette in hal-
ve plakjes en de paprika in blokjes; voeg
dit samen met de hete kipbouillon aan
de overige ingrediënten in de schaal toe.
Laat het geheel met deksel op 600 Watt
in ca. 12-15 minuten af en toe roerend
garen. Roer vervolgens de crème fraîche
en de kruidenkwark erdoor.
