Champignon-varkensfilet in pikante
paprikasaus
Ingrediënten:
4 varkensfilets à ca. 150 g
350 g witte champignons
150 g spek in blokjes
2 bekers room (400 ml)
2 EL tomatenpuree
Kruiden: zout, peper, paprika
Bereiding:
Kruid de varkenfilets en doe ze in een
vlakke vuurvaste schaal. Maak de cham-
pignons panklaar, halveer ze en voeg ze
met het spek aan de filets in die vuur-
vaste schaal toe. Roer in een magnetron-
schaal de room, tomatenpuree en paprika
en laat dit op 600 Watt in ca. 5-6 minu-
ten opkoken. Doe vervolgens deze saus
over de filets. Met de Grill/Combi „C-2“
op 300 Watt in ca. 20-22 minuten garen
en gratineren.
Aardappelgratin
Ingrediënten:
1000 g aardappelen
Vet (om de vuurvaste schaal in te vetten)
2 EL paneermeel
1 beker room (200 ml)
50 g geraspte Emmentaler
Boter (-vlokjes)
Kruiden: zout, peper
Bereiding:
Schil, was en snij de aardappelen in
dunne plakjes om ze vervolgens te krui-
den. Vet de vuurvaste schaal in, leg de
aardappelplakjes er in lagen in, giet
daar vervolgens de room over.
Bestrooi tenslotte het geheel met kaas
en paneermeel en doe de botervlokjes
erover. Met de Grill/Combi „C-1“ op 500
Watt in ca. 20 minuten gratineren.
