Impastatrice Manuale di istruzioni
Pasta frolla
Ingredienti:
450 g di farina, setacciata insieme al sale
5 ml (1 cucchiaino) di sale
225 g di strutto (miscelare strutto e margarina)
80 ml di acqua
Preparazione
Si consiglia di non miscelare eccessivamente gli ingredienti.
Versare la farina nella ciotola. Tagliare a cubetti lo strutto e aggiungerlo alla farina.
Miscelare a velocità 1 no a quando l’impasto non assume la consistenza di briciole di pane
(fermarsi prima che l’impasto appaia unto).
Aggiungere l’acqua e miscelare a velocità massima, fermarsi non appena l’acqua è stata in-
corporata nell’impasto.
Cuocere a 200°C circa, a seconda del ripieno desiderato.
Pasta per pizza
Ingredienti:
500 g di farina
20 g di lievito
2 cucchiai di olio extra vergine di oliva
Acqua q.b.
Sale q.b.
Preparazione
Disporre la farina a fontana, versare nel centro l’olio extra vergine di oliva, il sale e il lievito
(precedentemente sciolto in poca acqua tiepida).
Impastare il composto no a farlo diventare elastico.
Fare una pallina e lasciarla lievitare per almeno un’ora in un luogo fresco ed asciutto.
Infarinare il piano di lavoro, dividere la pasta in porzioni e dargli la forma della pizza.
