Muf ns met gesmolten chocoladevulling
250 g bloem
10 g bakpoeder
125 g bruine suiker
1 snufje zout
125 g plantaardige olie
1 ei
225 g volle melk
12 chocolaatjes
100 g slagroom
150 g aardbeien
Klop de olie, ei en melk door elkaar.
Meng in een andere kom de bloem, bakpoeder, suiker
en zout en roer het mengsel door het ei-melkmengsel
tot het glad is.
Bekleed een muffi nvorm voor 12 muffi ns met
papieren muffi nvormpjes en verdeel het muffi ndeeg
gelijkmatig in elk vormpje. Druk in iedere muffi n een
chocolaatje in het midden. Plaats de muffi ns in een op
185°C voorverwarmde oven op het metalen rooster
op de tweede steunhoogte en bak ze in ongeveer
20 minuten goudbruin. (Als u een oven gebruikt die
niet voorverwarmd hoeft te worden, raadpleeg dan
de gebruiksaanwijzing bij de oven voor de juiste
instellingen)
Laat de muffi ns afkoelen en versier of serveer ze met
aardbeien en slagroom.

In plaats van chocolaatjes kunt u ook stukjes chocoladereep
gebruiken voor de vulling.
