Coloque las patatas o los gajos en el horno mulfunción de Arendo y hornéelos a
200 °C unos 10 minutos.
Brownie de avellana

Preparación: 40 - 60 minutos
Ingredientes:
70 g de chocolate (mínimo 70 % de cacao)
50 g de azúcar
45g de harina
30 g de avellanas picadas
70g de mantequilla
1 - 2 huevos
1 paquete de azúcar avainillado
1 paquete de levadura
Caliente el chocolate con la mantequilla en una sartén de acero sin dejar de
remover para que no se queme. Deje que la mezcla se enfríe brevemente.
Mezcle el huevo, el azúcar, el azúcar avainillado y una pizca de sal en un bol hasta
que quede cremoso. Añada a la masa de chocolate la harina, las avellanas y una
pizca de levadura.
Disponga una hoja de papel de hornear sobre el accesorio para pizza y vierta la
masa,. Coloque el accesorio con la masa en el horno mulfunción de Arendo y
hornéela a 180 °C durante 18 – 20 minutos. Pinche la masa con un varilla de ma-
dera para asegurarse de que está hecha. Cuando la parte exterior de la masa esté
crujiente, en la varilla debería quedarse pegado un poco de la masa.
Sáquela del horno mulfunción de Arendo y déjelo enfriar un instante. Corte
ahora el brownie en trozos.
