Pimiento estofado con quinoa
Porciones: 2
Preparación: 20 - 30 minutos
Ingredientes:
100 g de quinoa
4 pimientos (rojos)
300 ml de caldo de verdura
120 g de setas
100 g de queso parmesano rallado
Curry en polvo
1 cucharadita de hinojo (molido)
1 chalota
1 diente de ajo
1 - 2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol, colza u oliva
Lave bien la quinoa con agua para eliminar las sustancias amargas. Caliente luego
300 ml de caldo de verdura con el hinojo y cueza la quinoa durante 10 minutos.
Rere la quinoa de la placa y déjela reposar otros 10 minutos. Rere los rabos de
los pimientos haciendo un corte circular alrededor de la base. Rere las pepitas.
Pele y corte jo la chalota y el diente de ajo. Corte ahora las setas y saltéelas bre-
vemente en una sartén con el curry en polvo, la chalota y el ajo picados. Añada
la quinoa y mezcle. Agregue el queso parmesano y rellene los pimientos con la
mezcla. Coloque los pimientos con un poco de aceite en el horno mulfunción de
Arendo durante 12 – 15 minutos a 160 °C.
Patatas fritas / gajos de patata caseros

Preparación: 10 - 15 minutos
Ingredientes:
6 patatas (o boniatos)
Pimentón
Sal
1 - 2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol, colza u oliva
Pele en primer lugar las patatas. Si va a prepararlas en gajos, lávelas bien. Córtelas
luego en trozos o bien en ras de 1 cm y déjelas 10 minutos en agua fría para
que pierdan el almidón. Unte los trozos con aceite y sazone con pimentón y sal.
