If you have previously chosen to connect to the Anker router wirelessly, your
computer will disconnect. Please reconnect via one of your newly named networks.
Guest Network:
The Guest Network feature allows guests and other users on the
guest network to access the Internet while preventing them from accessing the
device web manager and internal network. It is available for both the 2.4G and 5G
networks.
Step 1: Click
Wireless
>
Security
and then choose either
5G
or
2.4G
.
Note:
If you have connected your computer to the Anker router via the 2.4G
wireless signal, you need to choose 5G first, and vice versa.
Step 2: Choose a
Security Mode
and input your
Security Key
(password).
Note 1:
We recommend that you select “WPA-PSK” Mode and “AES”
Cypher Type for the highest level of Wi-Fi encryption and greatest compatibility
with wireless devices.
Note 2:
Passwords must contain at least 8 characters and may include
case-sensitive letters and numbers. Save your password in a safe place in order
to access your new Wi-Fi network in the future.
Step 3: Click
Save
and allow 10 seconds for the router to restart.
Step 4: Open a new tab and select the same settings as listed above.
If you have chosen to connect to the Anker router wirelessly, your computer will
disconnect.
Note:
In Microsoft Windows 7, you need to update your password settings by
right-clicking the SSID in your list of available networks. Then, select Property to
update your stored password information.
Step1: Click

to reveal
additional settings.
Keep
SSID Broadcast
enabled and
AP Isolation
disabled.

Security Mode, input your Security Key (password), and then click
Save
.
