Ecartez légèrement vos
pieds (à un écart

de vos épaules). Soulevez
vos deux bras au-dessus de
votre tête. Entrelacez vos
doigts et poussez-les avec
précaution vers le haut en
orientant les paumes de vos
mains vers le haut. Restez
dans cette position pendant
10 secondes.
LE DOS
Ecartez légèrement vos
pieds (à un écart
correspondant à la largeur
de vos épaules). Saisissez
vos mains derrière votre dos,
poussez-les et tenez-les avec
précaution à une certaine
distance de votre dos.
Restez dans cette position
pendant 10 secondes.
L’ISCHIOJAMBIER
Etirez une jambe devant vous. N’oubliez pas de fléchir
légèrement les genoux. Placez vos mains sur la cuisse
de l’autre jambe pour soutenir votre torse.
Penchez-vous vers l’avant à partir de votre taille jusqu’à
ce que vous sentiez que la partie arrière de votre cuisse
est étirée. N’oubliez pas de tenir votre dos bien droit et
de soutenir le poids de votre torse en plaçant vos mains
sur votre jambe fléchie. Restez dans cette position
pendant 10 secondes. Répétez cet exercice avec l’autre
jambe.
