Energy consumption monitoring
The thermostat calculates the average switch-on time thus making it possible to monitor energy consumption.
The thermostat displays the energy consumption as a percentage for the last 2, 30 or 365 days.
Calculation of operational costs per day: (switch-on time:100) x kW x kWh price x 24 hours per day.
Example: 30% displayed for the last 365 days.
Heating system wattage: 0.32 kW (e.g. thermo floor 2 m2 with 160 W/m2).
Power costs 0.15 EUR / kWh
Calculation (30:100) x 0.32 kW x 0.15 EUR / kWh x 24 hours = 0.35 EUR per day.
