Aus InDesign CS und früheren Versionen werden PDF-Vorgaben mit der Dateierweiterung .pdfs exportiert, während bei InDesign CS2 und
späteren Versionen für exportierte PDF-Vorgaben die Dateierweiterung .joboptions verwendet wird. Beim Importieren einer PDFS-Datei wird diese
in eine .joboptions-Datei konvertiert. Bereits vorhandene Einstellungen werden bei Bedarf überschrieben. Wenn beispielsweise in InDesign CS im
Bereich „Ausgabe“ als Zielprofil „Monitor RGB“ ausgewählt wurde, wird diese Einstellung in InDesign CS4 automatisch in „Dokument-RGB“
geändert.
1. Wählen Sie „Datei“ > „Adobe PDF-Vorgaben“ > „Definieren“.
2. Klicken Sie auf „Laden“.
3. Wählen Sie im Menü „Dateityp“ die Option „PDF-Einstellungsdateien (.pdfs) früherer Versionen“ (Windows) bzw. im Menü „Aktivieren“ die
Option „Alle Dateien“ (Macintosh).
4. Doppelklicken Sie auf die zu konvertierende Datei.
Die Datei wird in der Liste „Adobe PDF-Vorgaben“ ausgewählt.
Das Hintergrundaufgaben-Bedienfeld
Da Sie die Möglichkeit haben, PDF-Dateien im Hintergrund zu exportieren, müssen Sie nicht auf den Abschluss des Exportvorgangs warten,
sondern können stattdessen weiter in InDesign an einem Dokument arbeiten. Sie können auch mehrere PDF-Exporte in eine Warteschlange im
Hintergrund stellen. Im Hintergrundaufgaben-Bedienfeld wird der Fortschritt des Exportvorgangs angezeigt.
1. Exportieren Sie eines oder mehrere Dokumente in Adobe PDF.
2. Wenn der Fortschritt angezeigt werden soll, wählen Sie „Fenster“ > „Hilfsprogramme“ > „Hintergrundaufgaben“.
