Voor het terugzenden van uw e-bike:

For sending back your E-Bike:

Om uw e-bike te mogen zenden, moet aan de volgende voorwaarden voldaan zijn:

- De accu van de e-bike moet in zijn bestemde plaats gezet en vergrendelt zijn

- De accu van de e-bike mag geen zichtbare schade aan de kast vertonen

- De accu van de e-bike mag geen elektrische schade vertonen

- De e-bike moet goed verpakt en gepolsterd in een stabiele verzenddoos verstuurd

worden. Gebruik hiervoor a.u.b. de verzenddoos waarin de e-bike aan u geleverd

werd

For sending back your E-Bike, the following points are requested:

- The battery needs to be mounted and secured on the battery spot of the E-Bike

- The battery case may not be broken or may not have any damages

- The battery may not have any electric defect

- The E-Bike needs to be packed and padded propperly. Please use the carton in

which the E-Bake was sent to you
