Wat kunt u met uw Mijn Ziggo account?

- Met dit account kunt u gebruikmaken van Horizon

Go online tv-kijken

- Al uw digitale diensten beheren. Onderdelen:

• Abonnementen. In dit onderdeel van Mijn Ziggo vindt u

een overzicht van alle diensten waarop u geabonneerd

bent. U kunt hier bepaalde bel-opties en abonnementen

op extra zenders gemakkelijk wijzigen, programma’s

downloaden en controleren of er sprake is van

bepaalde storingen.

• Overzicht. Hier ziet u in 1 oogopslag een overzicht van

uw abonnementen, gegevens, facturen en betalingen,

en (indien van toepassing) uw verbruik.

• Facturen en betalen. Hier kunt u bijvoorbeeld uw

rekeningoverzicht bekijken, en uw factuur- en

betaalopties aanpassen.

• (Persoonlijke) gegevens. Hier kunt u uw klantnummer,

naam en adresgegevens bekijken en de verschillende

zaken direct aanpassen.

• Verhuizen. Hier kunt u een verhuizing doorgeven of

aangeven dat uw contract wordt overgenomen door

een andere persoon op hetzelfde adres.
