Tighten all the elements of the mincing set – until home.
5
Put the assembled unit onto the drive unit and turn into
the position, when you hear click of the safety lock.
6
Put the food tray onto the mincing chamber.
Before placing the sausage intestine (intestine wrapper)
soak it in warm water for about 10 minutes.
Put the wet sausage intestine onto the sausage stuffer,
paying attention not to cover the venting holes within the
sausage stuffer.
The meat mass lling the intestine cannot be “too rare”. Large
amount of uids can cause their leakage and permeating to
the interior of the mincing machine.

The shredder is equipped with two drums to grate into small
and bigger chips (cheese, carrot, celery, baked beetroots,
etc.). The third grating drum (slicing drum) is used to grate
vegetables (potatoes, onion, cucumbers, etc.). The fourth
grating drum (pulping drum) is used to mash vegetables
(potatoes, beetroots, etc) and fruit.
Operating the shredder (Fig. F)
1
Recline the catch and put one of the drums with the
clutch facing the middle of the chamber.
2
Snap the catch.
3
Assemble the chamber of the shredder just as like
mincing chamber.
Cut large products into smaller elements, which you can
easily put into the mincing chamber.
Do not mash soft fruits containing stones.
When the work is nished pull the power cord out from
the network supply socket.
Remove the food remaining in the shredder chamber or
on the grater with a wooden spoon.
Blades of the drums do not require any regeneration.
Pasta sieve set (Fig. H)
Excellent pasta dough
300 g of our, 10 yolks from medium size eggs, 3 spoons of
olive oil, pepper (as much as you want), milled red pepper
(as much as you want), dried mint (as much as you want).
Work together until you have a smooth dough. The well
prepared dough should be “rm”. Don’t add any water
during dough preparation! It is recommended to cool down
such prepared dough in a freezer for approximately 10 min.
Immerse the pasta sieves in hot water for a moment before
usage.
1
Put the selected sieve inside the milling cavity.
2
Assemble the whole milling set on the motor part.
Separate small pieces of the dough (walnut size) and
carefully put them into the milling cavity inlet.
IMPORTANT TIP: you can put the next piece of pastry
to the milling cavity, only when the previous one has
been taken in by the worm. Use the pusher during
pastry inserting.
You can powder the pasta emerging from the machine
with our, to prevent getting stuck together.
You can divide the pasta emerging from the machine,
cutting it at the sieve. You can also leave the whole
output to get dried and break into smaller pieces before
usage.
3
To unblock the holes of the sieve you should use the
attached pusher.
ATTENTION! When squeezing out the pasta the device
can operate without any break not longer than 2 min.
Next pasta squeezing is possible after complete motor
cooling – see the operation manual.
Cookies forming set (Fig. I)
Shortcake cookies
500 g of our, 1 bar of butter, 1 glass of sugar, 1 egg,

freezer to cool it down for about 40 min.
1
Place the cookies forming set inside the cavity.
2
Assemble the whole milling set on the motor part.
Cut the pastry into pieces and put them into the milling
cavity inlet.
IMPORTANT TIP: you can put the next piece of pastry
to the milling cavity only when the previous one has
been taken in by the worm. Use the pusher during
pastry inserting.
You can form free the length of the cookies. Put
the cookies onto bakingsheet and bake with oven
