pistachio mousse
Mousse:
2 spoons sugar,
3 yolks,
2 spoons our,
400 ml milk,
60 g powdered
pistachios,
350 ml whipping
cream,
Fruits – mix, e.g.:
2 pink grapefruits,
4 kiwi fruits
2 bananas,
100 g strawberries,
200 g cherries
(stoned) or other
(mango, pineapples),
2 vanilla sugars,
optionally 2 spoons
rum
Mix yolks, sugar, our, pistachios and ½ milk.
If you do not have powdered pistachios put pistachios
into the container and mix (you will not receive
a powder but nely chopped pistachios which are
appropriate to prepare this dessert).
Boil the second half of the milk and pour hot milk
into the container through the dispenser stirring
continuously.
Pour the mixture into a pan and boil, stirring
constantly until cream thickens.
Leave to cool, cover and put in the refrigerator.
Prepare fruits: peel the grapefruit and take off the
membrane. Cut the pulp. Peel and cut bananas and
kiwi fruits, remove stalks from strawberries, cut large
ones into halves, where necessary remove stones
from fruits.
Mix the fruits with vanilla sugar and optionally with
rum and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (covered
with wrap).
Fill bowls with fruits.
Whip cream in the container - mix.
Carefully blend whipped cream with the pistachio
mousse and spread the cream on the fruits.

Peel bananas and cut in smaller pieces.
Put all the ingredients in the container and mix. 2 30 – 60 s
