Za spotrebič ručí spoločnosť Electrolux, vo

všetkých krajinách nachádzajúcich sa v

zozname na nasledujúcej strane, počas

doby uvedenej na záručnom liste alebo v

súlade s právnymi predpismi. Pri

presťahovaní sa do inej krajiny sa presunie

aj záruka na spotrebič, pričom budú

dodržané nasledujúce pravidlá:

• Záruka na spotrebič začína dňom

prvého predaja spotrebiča. Tento

dátum bude dokladom o výrobe a plat

ným dokladom o nákupe pre predaju

spotrebiča.

• Záručná lehota sa spotrebič je rovnaká

a jej rozsah je zhodný z hľadiska práce

a dielcov, ako u záruky existujúcej vo

vašej novej krajine pobytu pre daný

konkrétny model alebo typový rad

spotrebičov.

• Záruka na spotrebič platí osobne pre

pôvodného kupujúceho spotrebiča a

nemôže byť prevedená na iného

používateľa.

• Spotrebič bol nainštalovaný a je

používaný v súlade s pokynmi spol.

Electrolux. Spotrebič sa nesmie

používať na komerčné účely.

• Spotrebič bol nainštalovaný v súlade

so všetkými príslušnými predpismi plat

nými vo vašej novej krajine pobytu.

Ustanovenia tejto Európskej záruky nemajú

žiadny vplyv na práva vyplývajúce zo zákona.
