Vervangen van de inspuiter van de
ovenbrander
Vervang de inspuiter van de
ovenbrander als volgt:
1. Raadpleeg tabel 1 voor de diameter van de
te gebruiken inspuiter;
2. Verwijder de bodemplaat;
3. Verwijder de brander uit de oven door hem
naar achter te duwen;
4. Vervang de inspuiter met behulp van
dopsleutel nr. 10.
Zet de brander en de bodemplaat wer up hun
plaats.
Regelen van de primaire luchttoevoer
van de ovenbrander
Draai schroef “M” van de luchtregeling “A” los
met een schroevendraaier (tekening. 13). Schuif
de ring naar achteren of naar voren om de
luchtdoorvoer verder te openen of af te sluiten
volgens de aanwijzingen in de inspuitertabel.
Steek de brander aan om te controleren hoe de
vlammen eruit zien.
Regelen van het gereduceerd vermogen
van de ovenbrander
Regel het gereduceerd vermogen van de
ovenbrander als volgt:
1. Steek de brander aan;
2. Draai de knop naar de maximumstand;
3. Verwijder de knop;
4. Draai de regelschroef (tekening. 14)
ongeveer 3 maal;
5. Zet de knop in de laagste stand zodat er met
gereduceerd vermogen gewerkt kan
worden.
Verwijder de knop, let erop dat de spindel van
de kraan niet gaat draaien en draai de schroef
langzaam vast tot u een vlam van 3-4 mm hoog
krijgt.
