7. Troubleshooting
In dit hoofdstuk hebben we oplossingen benoemd voor problemen die bij het registreren of gebruiken
van het toestel naar boven zouden kunnen komen.
7.1. Ik zie geen web interface, de browser pagina is leeg
Dit is een probleem dat kan voorkomen na een firmware upgrade. Dit zou kunnen komen doordat de
URL’s en settings van pagina’s in de browser worden onthouden. Dit kan worden opgelost door:
De browser cache/ historie te wissen en daarna de browser opnieuw te starten en nogmaals te
proberen
Als dat ook niet helpt doe dan een factory reset op het toestel en probeer het nogmaals
Wij verwijzen je naar (online) informatie over hoe je de browser historie kunt wissen. Als aanvulling
geven wij hiervoor een voorbeeld in Chrome versie 38.0.2125.104:
Je kunt via “
History
” (CRTL-H) specifieke items wissen (Remove selected items) of alle historie wissen
(Clear browsing data). Via de “
Search history
” kun je ook filteren op specifiek “
Yealink
”.
7.2. Toestel werkt niet goed na upgrade of wijziging van Provisioning URL
In dit geval adviseren wij om het toestel terug te zetten naar de fabrieksinstellingen en opnieuw te
registreren
