Lavamos y pelamos las manzanas. A con-
tinuación las cortamos en trozos peque-
ños.
Precalentamos la FreiMatic sin cestillo du-
rante 5 minutos a 200 ºC.
Ponemos las manzanas en un bowl y aña-
dimos el aceite y el azúcar. Mezclamos.
Programamos la FreiMatic a 235º C sin
cestillo durante 12 minutos.
Ideal como postre
ngredientes: 2 personas
3 manzanas.
1 cucharada de aceite.
3 cucharadas de azúcar.
MANZANAS CARAMELIZADAS
Elaboración: 20 minutos
Con cestillo
Hacemos un corte en un lado de cada
castaña.
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 mi-
nutos a 200 ºC.
Las ponemos en la FreiMatic con cestillo.
Programamos la FreiMatic a 235º C duran-
te 20 minutos. Si es necesario, les damos
la vuelta a los 10 minutos.
Ideal como postre
Ingredientes: 2 personas
500 gramos de castañas.
CASTAÑAS ASADAS COMPOTA DE ARÁNDANOS
Elaboración: 15 minutos
Sin cestillo
Ponemos los arándanos y el azúcar en la
FreiMatic sin cestillo.
Precalentamos la FreiMatic durante 5 mi-
nutos a 200 ºC.
Programamos la FreiMatic a 235º C
durante 15 minutos o hasta que la fruta
esté hecha y lo retiramos.
Utilice esta compota de arándanos para
realizar numerosos postres como la tarta
de queso de arándanos.
Ideal como acompañante
Ingredientes: 4 personas
200 g de arándanos.
6 ó 7 cucharadas de azúcar.
Elaboración: 15 minutos

Ingredientes: 4 personas
3 manzanas.
Una cucharada de miel.
Una cucharada de cognac.
1/2 cucharada de mantequilla.
