USER ACCOUNT

In the "User Account" menu item, you can change your

personal information such as name, gender, height, weight,

email address and date of birth. (Fig. 14)

OPTIONS

Under the menu item "Options" you can make many settings for the watch. (Fig. 15)

• Units: Under "Units" you can set whether

you are mileage & kilograms or pounds & miles.

• Auto-Sync: Here you can set that the watch

is synced automatically.

• Notifications: Under "Notifications" you can

set the notifications to be displayed on the

watch, e.g. missed calls or SMS.

• Watch Face: Here you can set your

preferred Watch Face.

• Camera: Remote camera feature.

• Heart rate: Here you can set whether the

pulse should be measured automatically and

also an alarm if the pulse is too high or too low.

§ Calories type: Here you can determine

whether your calorie display should only show

the calories consumed during exercise or

calories during exercise plus basal metabolic

rate. You should specify this once, as the basal

metabolic rate is only included when activated

and is not deducted when deactivated.

• Inactivity alarm: Here you can set an alarm if you are inactive for too long, it will be

triggered.

• Preset Sleep: Here you can adjust your sleep times.
