4. schade als gevolg van agressieve milieuomstandigheden, chemicaliën,
schoonmaakmiddelen;
5. schade veroorzaakt door niet-professionele installatie en transport;
6. schade veroorzaakt door niet-normale huishoudelijk gebruik;
7. schade die buiten het toestel is veroorzaakt door een PKM-product, tenzij er
een verplichting wordt opgelegd door wettelijke bepalingen.
De geldigheid van de garantie zal worden beëindigd, indien:
1. de voorschriften van de installatie en de bediening van het apparaat niet worden
nageleefd.
2. het apparaat wordt gerepareerd door een niet-professional.
3. het toestel beschadigd is door de leverancier, de installateur of een derde partij.
4. de installatie of de start-up op ongepaste wijze wordt uitgevoerd.
5. het onderhoud onvoldoende is of onjuist uitgevoerd is.
6. het apparaat niet gebruikt wordt voor het beoogde doel.
7. het toestel beschadigd is door overmacht of natuurrampen, met inbegrip van,
maar niet beperkt tot brand of explosies.
De aanspraak op garantie verlengt de garantietermijn niet, noch begint een nieuwe
garantietermijn hierdoor. Het geografische toepassingsgebied van de garantie wordt
beperkt met betrekking tot toestellen die worden gekocht en gebruikt worden in Duitsland,
Oostenrijk,
België, Luxemburg en Nederland.
