Beperking van "AT's" aansprakelijkheid

Deze Beperkte Garantie is uw enige vorm van

genoegdoening tegen "AT" en "AT's" eigen en

exclusieve aansprakelijkheid ten opzichte van defecten

in uw Product. Deze Beperkte Garantie vervangt alle

andere garanties en aansprakelijkheden van "AT", het

zij mondeling, schriftelijk, (niet verplicht) wettelijk,

contractueel, in aansprakelijkheid van onrechtmatige

daad of anders, zonder beperking, en waar toegestaan

door de wet van toepassing, alle willekeurige

geïmpliceerde condities, garanties of andere

voorwaarden met betrekking tot bevredigende

kwaliteit of doelmatigheid. Deze Beperkte Garantie zal

echter onderstaande niet uitsluiten, noch beperken:

1) Enig willekeurig legaal (wettelijk) recht dat u bezit

onder de toepasbare nationale wetgevingen;

2) Enig willekeurig recht dat u hebt tegen de verkoper

van het Product.

In de strekking toegestaan door de wet(ten) van

toepassing, draagt: "AT" geen enkele aansprakelijkheid

voor verlies, schade of corruptie van gegevens, enige

vorm van winstverlies, verlies van bruikbaarheid van

verlies van contracten, verlies van opbrengst of verlies
