Si consiglia di riporre lo schiumalatte dopo averlo accuratamente asciugato.
Consigli per la preparazione
Con il latte a lunga conservazione la schiuma diventa più soda e più cremosa.
Potete preparare la schiuma di latte utilizzando latte freddo da frigorifero.
Potete arricchire il latte con sciroppo o sostanze aromatiche.
Con lo schiumalatte si può fare la schiuma anche con il caffè o con l’espresso ed è
anche adatto per montare a neve (almeno 4 albumi).
Consigli per il lavaggio in lavastoviglie
Adoperare esclusivamente detergenti di qualità. Riempire sempre anche i contenitori
del sale e del brillantante ed accertateVi che il sale non cada all’interno della
macchina. Il sale può provocare corrosione. Si consiglia, dopo aver riempito i
suddetti contenitori, di effettuare un lavaggio a lavastoviglie vuota.
Utilizzando la lavastoviglie, il contatto accidentale con utensili arrugginiti può
trasmettere allo schiumalatte macchie di ruggine. Le macchie potrebbero provocare
corrosione, se non vengono prontamente eliminate.
Al termine del ciclo di lavaggio, aprire la macchina al più presto possibile per far
uscire il vapore.
Togliere lo schiumalatte dalla lavastoviglie ed asciugarlo subito, per evitare la
formazione di macchie.
Riporre lo schiumalatte dopo averlo asciugato con cura.
Consigli per il fornello ad induzione
Cucinando a fuoco sostenuto, potrebbe generarsi un ronzio. Si tratta di un rumore
tecnico e non di un difetto del piano di cottura o delle pentole.
Il diametro del fondo delle pentole e le dimensioni del fornello devono coincidere,
altrimenti sussiste la possibilità, specialmente per pentole che presentano un fondo
di diametro inferiore, che il piano di cottura (campo magnetico) non generi contatto
sul fondo della pentola.
Lo schiumalatte ha un diametro molto piccolo compreso tra 7,5 e 10 cm, che
potrebbe non funzionare con tutte le apparecchiature.
