Auf den folgenden Seiten finden Sie einige Tipps für
den Fall, dass Ihr HörSystem nicht korrekt funktioniert.
Bevor Sie sich an Ihren Hörgeräte-Akustiker wenden,
überprüfen Sie deshalb bitte zunächst Folgendes:
Was ist, wenn das Hörgerät schweigt?
• Das Hörgerät ist nicht eingeschaltet. Kontrollieren Sie,
dass das Batteriefach komplett zu (ganz nach oben
geschoben) und die Aufschrift „OFF“ nicht sichtbar
ist.
• Die Batterie ist verbraucht/funktioniert nicht. Neue Bat-
terie einsetzen.
• Der Schallkanal des Ohrpassstücks ist verstopft. Den
verstopften Schallkanal reinigen (siehe Seite27).
Was ist, wenn das Hörgerät zu leise ist?
• Die Batterie ist fast verbraucht. Neue Batterie einset-
zen.
• Der Schallkanal des Ohrpassstücks ist verstopft. Den
verstopften Schallkanal reinigen (siehe Seite27).
• Der Gehörgang ist durch Ohrenschmalz (Cerumen) ver-
stopft. Suchen Sie Ihren Hausarzt/HNO-Arzt auf.
• Ihr Hörvermögen hat sich verändert. Suchen Sie Ihren
Hörgeräte-Akustiker auf.
Was ist, wenn das Hörgerät dauernd pfeift?
• Der Gehörgang ist durch Ohrenschmalz (Cerumen) ver-
stopft. Suchen Sie Ihren Hausarzt/HNO-Arzt auf.
• Der Schallschlauch ist eingerissen. Den Schlauch wech-
seln.
• Der Schallschlauch ist gelb und hart. Den Schlauch
wechseln.
• Der Schallschlauch löst sich zu leicht vom Ohrpassstück
oder vom Winkel des Hörgerätes ab. Den Schlauch
wechseln.
• Der Winkel ist rissig. Suchen Sie Ihren Hörgeräte-Akus-
tiker auf.
• Das Ohrpassstück ist nicht richtig eingesetzt. Das Ohr-
passstück aus dem Ohr nehmen und erneut einset-
zen.
• Das Ohrpassstück passt nicht richtig. Suchen Sie Ihren
Hörgeräte-Akustiker auf.
Was ist, wenn das Hörgerät aussetzt?
• Der Ein-/Ausschalter ist verschmutzt. Den Schalter eini-
ge Male ein- und ausschalten (siehe Seite 12).
