Was ist, wenn das Hörgerät zu leise ist?
• Der Schallauslass ist verstopft. Verschmutzungen am
Schallauslass mit der kleinen Bürste oder dem wei-
chen Tuch entfernen (siehe Seite 24). Ist der Schall-
auslass danach immer noch verstopft, den Cerumen-
schutz wechseln. Lässt sich der Schallauslass nicht
vollständig reinigen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren
Hörgeräte-Akustiker. Kein Werkzeug o. Ä. in den
Schallauslass stecken, weil sonst elektronische Teile
des Hörgeräts beschädigt werden.
• Der Gehörgang ist durch Ohrenschmalz (Cerumen) ver-
stopft. Suchen Sie Ihren Hausarzt/HNO-Arzt auf.
Was ist, wenn das Hörgerät dauernd pfeift?
• Das Hörgerät ist nicht richtig eingesetzt. Das Hörgerät
aus dem Ohr nehmen und erneut einsetzen.
• Der Gehörgang ist durch Ohrenschmalz (Cerumen) ver-
stopft. Suchen Sie Ihren Hausarzt/HNO-Arzt auf.
• Das Hörgerät passt nicht richtig. Suchen Sie Ihren Hör-
geräte-Akustiker auf.
Was ist, wenn das Hörgerät unangenehm zu tragen
ist?
• Das Hörgerät wird nicht korrekt eingesetzt. Lassen Sie
sich von Ihrem Hörgeräte-Akustiker zeigen, wie das
Hörgerät korrekt eingesetzt wird.
• Das Hörgerät passt nicht richtig. Suchen Sie Ihren Hör-
geräte-Akustiker auf.
• Das äußere Ohr oder der Gehörgang schmerzen. Für
Erstträger ist es wichtig, sich am Anfang langsam an
das Gerät zu gewöhnen. Die Haut im Gehörgang ist
sehr dünn und kann wegen des vom Hörgerät stam-
menden Drucks etwas anschwellen. Nehmen Sie sich
deshalb 2–3 Wochen Zeit, sich langsam an ein neues
Gerät zu gewöhnen. Tragen Sie es am Anfang nicht
zu lange Zeit am Stück. Wenn Sie danach noch
Schmerzen beim Tragen haben, wenden Sie sich an
Ihren Hörgeräte-Akustiker.
