Opvangbak (Fig.1)
Deze is bedoeld om vet of voedseldeeltjes op te vangen wanneer hij onder het rooster is geplaatst, of bijvoorbeeld als bakplaat voor het bereiden van vlees, kip en vis,
met of zonder groenten. Giet een beetje water in de opvangbak om vetspetters of rookvorming te voorkomen.
Bakblik (Fig. 2)
Voor het bakken van koekjes, taarten en pizza’s.
Rooster (Fig. 3)
Om voedsel op te grillen of als draagrooster voor bak- en cakevormen en ovenschalen. Deze kan op ieder beschikbaar niveau worden geplaatst. Het rooster kan zowel
met de kromming naar boven als naar beneden worden geplaatst.
Katalytische zijpanelen (Fig. 4)
De katalytische panelen hebben een microporeuze laag die vetspetters absorbeert. Wij raden u aan om na het bereiden van zeer vet voedsel een automatische
reinigingscyclus uit te voeren (zie REINIGING).
Draaispit (Fig. 5)
Gebruik het draaispit zoals aangegeven is op Fig.9. Zie ook “Aanbevolen gebruik en tips” voor adviezen.
Grillpan Set (Fig. 6)
De set bestaat uit een rooster (6a) en een geëmailleerde bak (6b). Deze set moet op het rooster (3) geplaatst worden en gebruikt worden met de grillfunctie.
Vetfilter (Fig. 7)
Alleen te gebruiken voor de bereiding van bijzonder vette gerechten. Bevestig het filter aan de achterwand van de ovenruimte, tegenover de ventilator. Het vetfilter
kan in de afwasmachine worden afgewassen en mag niet tegelijk met de functie Ventilator gebruikt worden.
Schuifrails (Fig. 8)
Deze maken het mogelijk om de roosters en opvangbakken tijdens de bereiding voor de helft naar buiten te trekken. Geschikt voor alle accessoires, ze kunnen in de
