INNENBELEUCHTUNG
•Einschalten der Backofen-Innenbeleuchtung.
UNTERHITZE
•Diese Funktion sollte am Ende der Backzeit von Obst- und Käsekuchen und zum
Eindicken von Soßen verwendet werden.
•Benutzen Sie diese Funktion für die letzten 10-15 Minuten der Garzeit.
OBER- UND
UNTERHITZE
•Zum Garen von Fleisch, Fisch und Geflügel auf derselben Einschubebene.
•Heizen Sie den Backofen auf die gewünschte Gartemperatur vor und stellen Sie die
Speisen in den Garraum, sobald die rote Kontrollleuchte des Thermostats erlischt.
•Verwenden Sie möglichst die zweite oder dritte Einschubebene.
GRILL
•Zum Grillen von Steaks, Schaschlik und Würstchen, Überbacken von Gemüse und
Rösten von Brot.
•Heizen Sie den Backofen 3 - 5 Minuten vor.
•Während des Garvorgangs muss die Tür geschlossen bleiben.
•Beim Grillen von Fleisch empfehlen wir zur Vermeidung von Fettspritzern und
Rauchbildung, etwas Wasser in die Fettpfanne auf der untersten Einschubebene
zu geben.
•Wenden Sie die Speisen während des Garvorgangs.

BETRIEB DES BACKOFENS
Drehen Sie den Bedienknopf zur Funktionswahl auf das Symbol der gewünschten Funktion.
Die Ofenbeleuchtung schaltet sich ein.
Drehen Sie den Thermostat-Bedienknopf im Uhrzeigersinn auf die gewünschte Temperatur. Die rote
Thermostat-Kontrollleuchte schaltet sich ein und beim Erreichen der gewählten Temperatur wieder aus.
Drehen Sie nach dem Ende des Garvorgangs die Bedienknöpfe wieder auf ”0”.
