1. L'apparecchio non funziona.
• C'è un'interruzione di corrente?
• La spina è ben inserita nella presa di corrente?
• Il fusibile è bruciato?
• Il cavo di alimentazione è rotto?
2. La temperatura all'interno dei comparti non è sufficientemente fredda.
• Le porte chiudono correttamente?
• L'apparecchio è installato vicino ad una sorgente di calore?
• Il termostato è sulla posizione corretta?
• La circolazione dell'aria è ostruita?
3. La temperatura all'interno del congelatore è troppo fredda.
• Il termostato è regolato sulla posizione corretta?
4. Presenza di acqua sul fondo del congelatore.
• Avete pulito bene il congelatore prima di riavviarlo?
• Il prodotto è collegato ed è correttamente in funzione?
• La porta è stata chiusa correttamente?
5. Le spie di controllo gialla, rossa e verde non si accendono. Verificare prima il punto 1, quindi
rivolgersi al Servizio Assistenza Tecnica.
6. La spia rossa resta accesa
Controllare:
• La messa in funzione è stata effettuata in modo corretto?
• Sono stati congelati troppi alimenti in una sola volta?
• La porta è perfettamente chiusa?
• Il congelatore è difettoso?
• Il termostato è regolato su una posizione troppo alta?
Note:
• Se il bordo anteriore del mobile è caldo, non è un difetto, ma previene la formazione di
condensa.
• Rumori di gorgoglio e soffi di espansioni, derivanti dal circuito refrigerante, sono da
considerarsi normali.
GUIDA RICERCA GUASTI
Prima di contattare il Servizio Assistenza:
1. Verificare se non è possibile eliminare da soli i
guasti (vedere "Guida ricerca guasti").
2. Riavviare l'apparecchio per accertarsi che
l'inconveniente sia stato ovviato. Se il risultato è
negativo, disinserire nuovamente l'apparecchio
e ripetere l'operazione dopo un'ora.
3. Se il risultato è ancora negativo, contattare il
Servizio Assistenza.
Comunicare:
• il tipo di guasto,
• il modello,
• il numero Service (la cifra che si trova dopo la
parola SERVICE, sulla targhetta matricola),
• il Vostro indirizzo completo,
• il Vostro numero e prefisso telefonico.

effettuata dal Servizio Assistenza tecnica non
è considerato intervento di garanzia.
