Cleaning
Before first use, clean all parts thoroughly with warm soapy water and dry well.
Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives for cleaning.
Using
1. To lift up the gear rod (2), rotate the rod by 180° so the teeth of the rod are
on the reverse side of the lever (3). Lift up the gear rod completely.
2. Unscrew the closing ring (10) and fill the cylinder (7) with a part of dough.
3. Place one die-plate (9) into the closing ring. The raised part of the die-plate
has to be placed downwards.
4. Always thoroughly clean the thread of the cylinder to avoid abrasion due to
fatty dough residues.
5. Turn the gear rod until the teeth of the rod meets the lever. Choose the size
of the biscuits you wish to obtain by rotating the regulator (4). You will form
small biscuits if the position arrow (5) shows to 1 and large biscuits, if the
arrow points to the number 2.
6. Pump the lever a few times until the dough comes out of the holes of the die-
plate (9) evenly. Remove this first dough. Firmly press the closing ring of the
biscuit maker on the baking tray.
7. Push the lever down, only once in order to form one biscuit. Raise the biscuit
maker and continue until the complete dough is used.
