STORINGEN VERHELPEN
Normaliter levert het Wartmann sous vide apparaat een goede prestatie. Wanneer zich onverhoopt
toch een storing voordoet probeert u dan eerst onderstaande adviezen.
SYMPTOOM
MOGELIJKE OORZAAK
OPLOSSING
Het sous vide apparaat gaat niet
aan.
Het netsnoer is beschadigt, de
stekker is niet in het stopcontact
gestoken, of er staat geen
spanning op het stopcontact.
Controleer eerst of het netsnoer
onbeschadigd is en steek vervol-
gens de stekker in een stop-
contact waarvan uw weet dat er
spanning op staat.
De Aan/Uit schakelaar staat op
uit.
Zet de Aan/Uit schakelaar op Aan.
De watertemperatuur stijgt niet.
De ingestelde temperatuur is
gelijk aan, of net iets lager dan de
watertemperatuur.
Controleer de ingestelde
temperatuur.
De ingestelde tijdsduur is te kort
om het water volledig te
verwarmen.
Verleng de ingestelde tijdsduur.
De verwarming schakelt niet uit
wanneer de ingestelde
temperatuur is bereikt.
Er is een (software)fout met het
bereidingsprogramma.
Herstart het apparaat met behulp
van de Aan/Uit schakelaar.
De temperatuursensor is defect.
Biedt het apparaat bij een service
centrum voor reparatie aan.
De waterpomp loopt niet.
Biedt het apparaat bij een service
centrum voor reparatie aan.
Op het beeldscherm staat de
code E01.
Het sous vide apparaat staat niet
in water.
Plaats het sous vide apparaat in
water en herstart het apparaat
met de Aan/Uit schakelaar.
Het waterniveau is te laag.
Voeg water toe waarbij u er op let
dat het waterniveau tussen de
MIN en MAX indicatie staat.
Het beeldscherm is niet
zichtbaar.
Het apparaat staat uit.
Zet het apparaat aan.
De thermische bescherming is
ingetreden.
Verwijder het kunststof kapje aan
de voorkant van het apparaat en
druk op de ‘reset’ knop.
Er is een fout met het apparaat.
Bied het apparaat voor reparatie
aan
De pomp maakt een hoog,
irriterend, geluid.
Er bevindt zich lucht in de pomp.
Schudt voorzichtig het apparaat
totdat alle lucht uit de pomp is
nadat u water in het
waterreservoir heeft gedaan.
Er bevindt zich vuil in de pomp.
Laat het apparaat in een service
centrum reinigen of verwijder het
vuil, zoals beschreven in deze
handleiding.
