REZEPTE
ERDBEER-ORANGEN-MARMELADE
Zutaten
Erdbeeren 500 g
Gelierzucker 250 g
Zitronensäure 1 Päckchen
Orange 1
Grenadine 2 EL
Programm 11
Erdbeeren waschen, Stiele und Blätter entfernen und die Beeren zerkleinern. Die Schale und die
weißen Trennhäute der Orange entfernen und das Fruchtfleisch klein schneiden. Den Saft soll-
ten Sie hierbei auffangen.
Mischen Sie nun alle Zutaten und geben Sie sie in den Backbehälter.
Ist die Marmelade nach ca. 60 Minuten fertiggestellt, kann sie in ein gereinigtes Marmelden-Glas
gegeben werden.
RHABARBER-MARMELADE
Zutaten
Rhabarber 600 g
Gelierzucker 500 g
Ingwerwurzel 40 g
Zimt 1 TL
Programm 11
Den Rhabarber waschen und im Sieb abtropfen lassen. Die Stangen werden in der Längs-
richtung halbiert und in ca. 1,5 cm breite Stücke geschnitten.
Die Rhabarber-Stücke und der Zimt werden mit dem Gelierzucker vermengt. Diese Mischung
sollte ca. 15 Minuten ziehen.
Der Ingwer wird geschält und in dünne Stifte geschnitten, mit der Rhabarber-Zucker-Masse
gemischt und in den Backbehälter gegeben. Wenn die Marmelade fertig ist, kann sie mit etwas
Zimtpulver verfeinert werden.
