INTENDED USE1.
The mini infrared thermometer is intended for non-contact measuring of temperatures of -33°C to +110°C. It can also be used
as a clock or a stopwatch. It is not suitable for industrial or medical use. The product is powered by a CR2032 battery. Use only
in a dry indoor environment.


Unauthorised conversion and/or modication of the device are inadmissible because of safety and approval reasons (CE). Any
usage other than described above is not permitted and can damage the product and lead to associated risks such as short-circuit,
re, electric shock, etc. Please read the operating instructions thoroughly and keep them for further reference.

Persons / Product
The product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children!•
When used in conjunction with other devices, observe the operating instructions and safety notices of connected devices.•
The product must not be subjected to heavy mechanical stress.•
The product must not be exposed it to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, intense vibration, or dampness.•

Correct polarity must be observed while inserting the batteries.•
Batteries should be removed from the device if it is not used for a long period of time to avoid damage through leaking. •
Leaking or damaged batteries might cause acid burns when in contact with skin, therefore use suitable protective gloves to
handle corrupted batteries.
Batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave the battery lying around, as there is risk, that children or pets •
swallow it.
All the batteries should be replaced at the same time. Mixing old and new batteries in the device can lead to battery leakage •
and device damage.
Batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into re. Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries. There is a •
risk of explosion!

Repair works must only be carried out by a specialist/ specialist workshop.•

Press the “SCAN” button to turn on the thermometer.

Press the “MODE” button ve times, and the “ºC“ / “ºF“ ashes.1.
Press the “SCAN” button to switch the unit. 2.

Press the “MODE” button six times, and a symbol “SET“ on the top right hand corner of the screen ashes. Press the “SCAN” 1.
button to set the clock.
Press the “SCAN” button to select 12 / 24 hour time convention. If the 24 hour time convention is selected, the word “24” 2.
ashes on the screen. If the 12 hour time convention is selected, either no indicator (in the morning) or the word “PM” (in the
afternoon) ashes. Press the “MODE” button to conrm.
Then “HOUR” ashes, press the “SCAN” button to set the hour. Press the “MODE” button to conrm. 3.
Then “MINUTES” ashes, press the “SCAN” button to set the minutes. Press the “MODE” button to conrm.4.

Always make sure the sensor lens is clean and undamaged.1.
Press the “SCAN” button to measure the temperature of the target region. 2.
A word “HOLD” shows on the screen to indicate the reading is held. 3.
Press and hold the “SCAN” button to update the reading continuously. 4.
MIN/MAX mode
Press the “MODE” button once or twice to select “MIN” or “MAX” mode respectively.1.
The word “MIN” or “MAX” ashes on the screen. Press the “SCAN” button to conrm.2.
Press and hold the “SCAN” button to start measuring.3.
Release the button and the maximum or minimum value of that measuring session is shown on the screen.4.
Press and hold the “SCAN” button again to start another measuring session.5.
Press the “MODE” button to return to normal mode.6.

Press the “MODE” button three times to select “LOCK” mode.1.
The word “LOCK” ashes on the screen. Press the “SCAN” button to conrm.2.
The thermometer updates the reading continuously. 3.
Press the “SCAN” button to return to normal mode.4.
The thermometer power off itself after 60 minutes in this mode. Quit this mode if you are not going to use it.

Press the “MODE” button four times to select the stopwatch mode. A stopwatch icon ashes on the screen.1.
Press the “SCAN” button to start, press it again to stop.2.
Press the “SCAN” button to continue, press the “MODE” button to reset.3.
Press the “MODE” button again to quit stopwatch mode.4.

The thermometer turns itself off automatically if no button is pressed for 15 seconds. When the thermometer is off, its screen
shows the current time and temperature.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT6.
The battery icon on the upper left-hand side of the display indicates the remaining battery life. If the battery voltage is greater than
2.7 V, two scale lines light up. If the battery voltage is 2.6 V, only one scale line lights. When the battery voltage is less than 2.55
V, the battery icon ashes. Replace the batteries as in the following procedures.
Loosen the screw at the back of the thermometer.1.
Open the back of the housing.2.
With the help of a screwdriver, take out the battery carefully.3.
Replace a CR2032 battery carefully, while observing the correct polarity, positive facing upward.4.
Close the top part of the housing rst, follow by the bottom part. Fasten the housing with the screw.5.
TROUBLESHOOTING7.
“Hi”/“Lo” is displayed on the screen This error occurs when the measured temperature is out of the range. “Hi” is shown
when the measured temperature is higher than +110 ºC (+230 ºF). “Lo” is shown
when the measured temperature is lower than -33 ºC (-27 ºF).
“Er” is displayed on the screen “Er” is a general error message. Reset the thermometer if you see this. Remove the
battery while the thermometer is off. Replace the battery after a minimum of one
minute and turn it on again.
“Er2” is displayed on the screen “Er2” means the ambient temperature is changing rapidly.
“Er3” is displayed on the screen “Er3” means the ambient temperature exceeds the operating temperature.
DISPOSAL8.

In order to preserve, protect and improve the quality of environment, protect human health and utilise natural
resources prudently and rationally, the user should return unserviceable product to relevant facilities in accordance
with statutory regulations.
The crossed-out wheeled bin indicates the product needs to be disposed separately and not as municipal waste.

The user is legally obliged  to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries. 
 Batteries/ rechargeable batteries containing hazardous
substances are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin. The symbol indicates that the product is forbidden to
be disposed via the domestic refuse. The chemical symbols for the respective hazardous substances are Cd =
Cadmium,  = Mercury,  = Lead.
You can return used batteries/ rechargeable batteries free of charge to any collecting point of your local authority, our
stores or where batteries/ rechargeable batteries are sold.
Consequently you comply with your legal obligations and contribute to environmental protection!

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG1.
Das Mini-Infrarot-Thermometer ermöglicht kontaktlose Temperaturmessungen im Bereich von -33 °C bis +110 °C. Es bietet
darüber hinaus die Funktionen einer Uhr und Stoppuhr. Für industrielle bzw. medizinische Anwendungen ist es nicht geeignet.
Das Produkt wird mit einer CR2032-Batterie betrieben. Ausschlielich in trockenen Innenräumen zu verwenden.


Aus Sicherheits- und Zulassungsgründen (CE) ist das eigenmächtige Umbauen und/oder Verändern des Produktes nicht gestattet. Eine
andere Verwendung als oben beschrieben ist nicht erlaubt und kann zur Beschädigung des Produkts führen. Darüber hinaus ist
dies mit Gefahren, wie z. B. Kurzschluss, Brand, Stromschlag usw. verbunden. Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung genau durch
und bewahren Sie diese für späteres Nachschlagen auf.

Achten Sie beim Einlegen der Batterien auf die richtige Polung.•
Entfernen Sie die Batterien, wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht verwenden, um Beschädigungen durch Auslaufen zu •
vermeiden. Auslaufende oder beschädigte Akkus können bei Hautkontakt Säureverätzungen hervorrufen. Beim Umgang mit
beschädigten Akkus sollten Sie daher Schutzhandschuhe tragen.
Bewahren Sie Batterien außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf. Lassen Sie Batterien nicht frei herumliegen, da diese von •
Kindern oder Haustieren verschluckt werden könnten.
Alle Batterien sollten zum gleichen Zeitpunkt ersetzt werden. Das Mischen von alten und neuen Batterien im Gerät kann zum •
Auslaufen der Batterien und zur Beschädigung des Geräts führen.
Nehmen Sie keine Akkus auseinander, schließen Sie sie nicht kurz, und werfen Sie sie nicht ins Feuer. Versuchen Sie •
niemals, nicht auadbare Batterien aufzuladen. Es besteht Explosionsgefahr!

Eine Reparatur des Geräts darf nur durch eine Fachkraft bzw. einer Fachwerkstatt erfolgen.•

Drücken Sie zum Einschalten des Thermometers die „Scan”-Taste.
Einstellen der Messeinheit
Betätigen Sie die „MODE“-Taste fünf Mal; „ºC“ / „ºF“ blinkt.1.
Drücken Sie die „SCAN“-Taste, um zwischen den Einheiten zu wechseln. 2.
Einstellen der Uhr
Betätigen Sie die „MODE“-Taste sechs Mal; im oberen rechten Displayfenster beginnt das Symbol „SET“ zu blinken. Drücken 1.
Sie die „SCAN“-Taste, um die Uhrzeit einzustellen.
Drücken Sie die „SCAN”-Taste, um die Uhrzeitdarstellung im 12 h- / 24 h-Format auszuwählen. Wird das 24 h-Format gewählt, 2.
blinkt „24“ auf dem Display. Wird das 12 h-Format gewählt, blinkt entweder keine Hinweisanzeige (vormittags) oder „PM“
beginnt zu blinken (nachmittags). Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die „MODE“-Taste.
Daraufhin blinkt „HOUR“; drücken Sie dann die „SCAN“-Taste, um die Stunde einzustellen. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die „MODE“-Taste. 3.
Daraufhin blinkt „MINUTES“; drücken Sie nun die „SCAN“-Taste, um die Minuten einzustellen. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung 4.
die „MODE“-Taste.

Stellen Sie stets sicher, dass die Sensorlinse sauber und nicht beschädigt ist.1.
Betätigen Sie die „SCAN“-Taste, um die Temperatur des Zielbereichs zu messen. 2.
Die Anzeige „HOLD“ auf dem Display zeigt an, dass der Messwert festgehalten wird. 3.
Drücken Sie die „SCAN“-Taste und halten Sie sie gedrückt, um den gemessenen Wert kontinuierlich zu aktualisieren. 4.
MIN/MAX-Modus
Drücken Sie die „MODE“-Taste ein bzw. zwei Mal, um den „MIN“- bzw. „MAX“-Modus auszuwählen.1.
„MIN” bzw. „MAX” blinkt auf dem Display. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die „SCAN“-Taste.2.
Drücken Sie die „SCAN”-Taste und halten Sie sie gedrückt, um mit dem Messen zu beginnen.3.
Lassen Sie die Taste los; auf dem Display wird nun der Maximal- bzw. Minimalwert dieses Messvorgangs angezeigt.4.
Drücken Sie die „SCAN“-Taste erneut und halten Sie sie gedrückt, um einen neuen Messvorgang durchzuführen.5.
Betätigen Sie die „MODE”-Taste, um in den Normalmodus zurückzukehren.6.
Sperrmodus
Drücken Sie die „MODE”-Taste drei Mal, um den „LOCK“-Modus auszuwählen.1.
„LOCK” blinkt nun auf dem Display. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die „SCAN“-Taste.2.
Das Thermometer aktualisiert den Messwert kontinuierlich. 3.
Betätigen Sie die „SCAN”-Taste, um zum Normalmodus zurückzukehren.4.
Das Thermometer schaltet sich in diesem Modus nach 60 Minuten selbsttätig ab. Beenden Sie diesen Modus, wenn
Sie ihn nicht nutzen werden.
Stoppuhr-Modus
Drücken Sie die „MODE”-Taste vier Mal, um den Stoppuhr-Modus auszuwählen. Auf dem Display beginnt nun ein Stoppuhr-1.
Symbol zu blinken.
Drücken Sie zum Starten die „SCAN”-Taste, ein erneutes Drücken hält die Stoppuhr an.2.
Drücken Sie die „SCAN”-Taste zum Fortfahren; mit der „MODE”-Taste kann ein Neustart (Reset) durchgeführt werden.3.
Betätigen Sie die „MODE”-Taste erneut, um den Stoppuhr-Modus wieder zu verlassen.4.

Das Thermometer schaltet sich selbsttätig ab, wenn 15 Sekunden keine Taste betätigt wird. Ist das Thermometer ausgeschaltet,
zeigt sein Display die aktuelle Uhrzeit und Temperatur an.
BATTERIEWECHSEL6.
Das Batteriesymbol oben links im Display zeigt die verbleibende Batterielebensdauer an. Ist die Batteriespannung größer als
2,7 V, leuchten zwei Teilstriche auf. Beträgt die Batteriespannung 2,6 V, dann leuchtet nur ein Teilstrich. Liegt die Batteriespannung
unter 2,55 V, blinkt das Batteriesymbol. Tauschen Sie die Batterien wie im Folgenden dargestellt aus.
Lösen Sie die Schraube auf der Rückseite des Thermometers.1.
Öffnen Sie die Rückseite des Gehäuses.2.
Nehmen Sie die Batterie vorsichtig mit Hilfe eines Schraubenziehers heraus.3.
Setzen Sie sorgsam eine neue Batterie des Typs CR2032 ein und beachten Sie dabei die korrekte Polarität, wobei der Pluspol 4.
nach oben zeigen muss.
Schließen Sie zunächst die Oberseite des Gehäuses, bevor Sie die Unterseite wieder aufsetzen. Schrauben Sie das Gehäuse 5.
mit der Schraube fest.
FEHLERBEHEBUNG7.
„Hi” / „Lo” erscheint auf dem
Display
Dieser Fehler tritt auf, wenn die gemessene Temperatur außerhalb des Messbereichs liegt.
„Hi” wird angezeigt, wenn die gemessene Temperatur höher als +110 ºC (+230 ºF) ist. „Lo”
wird angezeigt, wenn die gemessene Temperatur niedriger als -33 ºC (-27 ºF) ist.
„Er” erscheint auf dem Display „Er” ist eine allgemeine Fehlermeldung. Führen Sie einen Neustart des
Thermometers durch (Reset), wenn Sie diese Fehlermeldung sehen. Entfernen Sie
im ausgeschalteten Zustand die Batterie. Setzen Sie die Batterie nach mindestens
einer Minute wieder ein und schalten Sie das Gerät an.
„Er2” erscheint auf dem Display „Er2” zeigt an, dass die Umgebungstemperatur stark uktuiert.
„Er3” erscheint auf dem Display „Er3” bedeutet, dass die Umgebungstemperatur die zulässige Betriebstemperatur übersteigt.
ENTSORGUNG8.

Im Interesse unserer Umwelt und um die verwendeten Rohstoffe möglichst vollständig zu recyclen, ist der Verbraucher
aufgefordert, gebrauchte und defekte Geräte zu den öffentlichen Sammelstellen für Elektroschrott zu bringen.
Das Zeichen der durchgestrichenen Mülltonne mit Rädern bedeutet, dass dieses Produkt an einer Sammelstelle für
Elektronikschrott abgegeben werden muss, um es durch Recycling einer bestmöglichen Rohstoffwiederverwertung
zuzuführen.

Sie als Endverbraucher sind gesetzlich  zur Rückgabe aller gebrauchten Batterien und
Akkus verpichtet; Schadstoffhaltige Batterien/Akkus sind
mit nebenstehenden Symbolen gekennzeichnet, die auf das Verbot der Entsorgung über den Hausmüll hinweisen.
Die Bezeichnungen für das ausschlaggebende Schwermetall sind: Cd=Cadmium, =Quecksilber, =Blei.
Ihre verbrauchten Batterien/Akkus können Sie unentgeltlich bei den Sammelstellen Ihrer Gemeinde, unseren
Filialen oder überall dort abgeben, wo Batterien/Akkus verkauft werden!
Somit werden Sie Ihren gesetzlichen Pichten gerecht und tragen zum Umweltschutz bei!
