5. Wischen Sie das Gehäuse bei Bedarf mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten
Tuch ab. Trocknen Sie mit einem weichen Tuch nach.
6. Lassen Sie das Gerät und die Zubehörteile vollständig trocknen, bevor
Sie das Gerät wieder zusammensetzen und alles an einem sauberen,
trockenen, für Kinder und Tiere unzugänglichen Ort verstauen.

Safety instructions
Proper use
❐ The device is suitable for cleaning your ears. It is not suitable for
cleaning your nose.
❐ The device is intended for domestic, not commercial, use.
❐ Only use the device as described in these instructions. Any other use
is deemed improper.
Risks of injury
❐ Risk of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from children
and animals.
❐ Risk of choking if swallowed! Keep the device, the batteries and
adapters out of the reach of children and animals.
❐ Batteries can be life-threatening if swallowed. If a battery has been
swallowed, you must seek immediate medical attention.
❐ If a battery has leaked, avoid contact between your skin, eyes and
mucous membranes and the battery acid. In the event of contact with
the battery acid, rinse the affected areas instantly with plenty of water
and immediately consult a physician.
❐ The device is not a toy! Do not leave children or animals unattended
with the device.
❐ Only use the device to clean healthy ears! If your ears, ear canals or
ear drum is/are not healthy, be absolutely sure to consult a physician
before use.
❐ The device may only be used if the adapter has been mounted.
❐ Do not insert the suction nozzle too far into your ear to prevent injury
to the ear canal or ear drum.
❐ If you experience pain during use, immediately turn off the device and
promptly consult a physician.
Proper handling of the batteries
❐ Before inserting the batteries check whether the contacts in the device
and on the batteries are clean and if necessary, clean them.
❐ Only use the battery type specifi ed in the technical data.
❐ Always replace all batteries. Do not use different battery types, brands
or batteries of different capacitances. When replacing the batteries,
make sure that the polarity (+ / –) is correct.
❐ Take the batteries out of the device once they are empty or you are
not using the device. This way, you can avoid damages attributed to
a leak.
❐ Immediately remove a leaky battery from the device. Clean the
contacts before you insert a new battery.
❐ The batteries may not be charged or reactivated using other means,
they may not be disassembled, disposed of in fi re, immersed in liquids
or be short circuited.
Proper handling of the device
❐ Do not use the device if it is damaged. If it is defective, do not attempt
to repair the device yourself. In the event of damage, contact the
customer service department.
❐ Make sure that there is no risk of the device falling in water or other
liquids.
❐ Do not cover the air vents during use to prevent the device from
overheating.
❐ Do not allow the device to fall and do not subject it to strong
percussions.
❐ Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe
temperature fl uctuations, direct sunlight or moisture.
❐ Turn off the device before you clean it.
