GEBRUIK

1: Stel, voordat u de stepper gebruikt, de pedalen met de hand in de hoogst mogelijke stand

gebruik de instelknop om de kabelschijf in te stellen zoals weergegeven in de onderstaande afbeelding:

BEVESTIG DAT DE PIJL +/- AANWEZIG IS OP DE KNOP

2: Plaats de stepper voor je op een plat oppervlak.

3: Zet een voet op het pedaal, houd beide voeten op één lijn. Trap het pedaal in, ja

dat het zijn maximale bovenste en onderste positie bereikt.

4: Houd het evenwicht, plaats de andere voet op het andere pedaal, druk erop zoals in punt 3.

5: Begin met een lage frequentie van stappen.

Na verloop van tijd kunt u uw tempo verhogen en de stappen combineren met uw lichaamsbewegingen voor het best mogelijke
