Lokomotiven und Waggons mit Beleuchtung
werden auf jeden Fall erkannt. Gleiches gilt im
Regelfall für Waggons mit einer durch Wider-
standslack markierten Achse.
Im Analogbetrieb kann es bei sehr niedrigen
Spannungen und entsprechend langsam fah-
renden Zügen zu Erkennungsschwierigkeiten
bei Waggons mit nur einer Widerstandsachse
kommen. In diesem Fall sollten Sie eine weite-
re Achse mit Widerstandslack leitfähig machen.
4. Which is a practical length for the isolated
track sections?
Often it is useful to know the position of com-
plete trains and to see in stations which tracks
are free and which are occupied. Especially
hidden stations underneath the baseboard are
typical for control by the Track Occupancy De-
tector. In these cases it is practical, to control
complete tracks between two turnouts (fig. 5).
5. My Track Occupancy Detector doesn’t de-
tect changing track states.
The reason for this is often a short circuit on a
track section. This short circuit overloads the
built in pulse generator. The 5206 freezes the
detection status for all track sections until the
short circuit is repaired.
