Das Signal nie am Mast anfassen sondern immer nur an der Bodenplatte bzw. an den
Antriebszylindern greifen. Beim Ausbau aus der Modellbahnplatte nicht oben ziehen,
sondern das Signal unter der Platte an den Antriebszylindern greifen und das Signal
nach oben hinausschieben.
Die Stromquelle muß eine Kurzschlußsicherung (Kurzschlußabschaltung) haben.
Um Beschädigungen der Schaltkontakte für die Zugbeeinflussung zu vermeiden,
sollte bei Kurzschluß im vom Signal beeinflußten Gleisabschnitt der Strom
abgeschaltet werden, z.B. bei Zugentgleisung vor dem Signal. Außerdem ist
sicherzustellen, daß "Halt" und "Fahrt" nicht gleichzeitig geschaltet werden, d.h. die
blauen Kabel dürfen nicht gleichzeitig angesteuert werden!

Das vorliegende Signal verfügt über einen elektromagnetischen Antrieb,
eine Endlagenabschaltung und über einen Kontakt für die Zugbeeinflussung.
Die Betriebsspannung beträgt 16 V . Unser Entwicklungsziel war es, ein Signal für
höchste Modellbauansprüche zu bauen mit einem sensationellenPreis.
Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen! Kein speziellerTrafo und kein Schaltrelais
wird für den normalen Betrieb benötigt !

Montageinformation für die Formsignale 4506, 4507 und 4508.

Montage:
Sägen Sie an der Montagestelle ein Loch mit den Maßen 15 x 15 mm. Verwenden Sie
dazu die unten abgedruckte Schablone.
Stecken Sie den Signalfuß mit den Kabeln voran von oben in die Öffnung, und
befestigen Sie das Signal mit Hilfe des Befestigungsringes (Abb. 2).
Schließen Sie das Signal gemäß Schaltplan an.
Funktionskontrolle:
Vor der Montage ist eine Funktionskontrolle durchzuführen.
Zum Test des Packungsinhaltes das gelbe Kabel an einen Trafo (16 V ) anschlie-
ßen. Beim Anschluß der blauen Kabel an den anderen Pol ergeben sich folgende
Funktionen:
blau mit roter Markierung
blau mit grüner Markierung
Das andere blaue Kabel muß jeweils stromlos sein !
