-Batterien einlegen, Anzeige springt auf Eingabe Sprache
-Sprache auswählen mit ▼oder ▲, mit der Menütaste M bestätigen
-Uhrzeitformat, Uhrzeit, Datumsformat und aktuelles Datum einstellen
Einstellen des Computers:
-Den VDO-Computer in die Halterung einrasten
-Wenn der Fahrradcomputer im Sleep-Modus ist, eine beliebige Taste
drücken. Der Computer zeigt dann im Display „Computer online“
-Das vorher eingestellte VDO Smart Set, mit ON einschalten (grüne Taste)
-Der Computer wird mit dem „Hauptmenü Set“ eingestellt
-Mit der Menütaste M wird bestätigt und zur nächsten Eingabe gewechselt
-Mit den Zahlentasten werden Zahlendaten eingegeben
-Mit den Pfeiltasten Alternativen ausgewählt
-Mit der Menütaste C können falsche Eingaben korrigiert werden
Hauptmenü SET
-Sprache, Uhrzeit, Kilometer/Meilen und Radgrößen (Einstellung über
Radgrößentabelle oder Radumfang) für das erste Rad und falls vorhandenes
zweites Rad auswählen
-Die gesamt gefahrenen Kilometer des ersten und zweiten Rades mit den
Ziffern eingeben
-Wenn Radservice benötigt wird, die Kilometerzahl für den Radservice
einstellen.
-Nach Auswahl/Eingabe aller Daten „Senden?“ mit Ja bestätigen, die
Smart Set Box zeigt die Übertragung zum Fahrradcomputer an.
Hauptmenü RESET
-TOTAL RESET mit Ja oder Nein bestätigen. Wenn mit Ja bestätigt,
werden alle Daten von dem Fahrradcomputer gelöscht
-TOURDATEN mit Ja oder Nein bestätigen. Wenn mit Ja bestätigt,
werden alle Daten der letzten Radtour gelöscht
-TOTAL KM mit Ja oder Nein bestätigen. Wenn mit Ja bestätigt,
werden alle gezählten Kilometer gelöscht
-FAHRZEIT TOTAL mit Ja oder Nein bestätigen. Wenn mit Ja bestätigt,
werden die gezählten Fahrzeiten gelöscht.
Hauptmenü TEST MODUS
-Kabel- oder Funkcomputer auswählen und mit M bestätigen
-Es werden Testsignale gesendet. Im Display wird eine Geschwindigkeit
angezeigt. Bei den Funk-Modellen wird auch die Trittfrequenz angezeigt.
