Lichaamstemperatuur
De smartwatch meet de lichaamstemperatuur.
Andere functies
Alarm, vind smartwatch, herinnering inkomende oproepen, drink water alarm, sedentair
alarm, lage batterij herinnering, foto’s nemen op afstand (via de app), vind telefoon, timer.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen
1. Waarom moet ik de smartwatch tijdens de metingen strak om mijn pols dragen?
De smartwatch werkt aan de hand van lichtreflectie, waarbij licht in de huid penetreert en de
signalen verzamelt om de hartslag te berekenen. Als de watch niet strak om de pols wordt
gedragen, is er beïnvloeding van omgevingslicht en zullen de resultaten niet accuraat zijn.
2. Draag de smartwatch niet in een heet bad of onder een hete douche.
Een warm bad geeft stoom af vanwege de hoge temperatuur van het water. Stoom bevat
minuscule moleculen die de smartwatch kunnen binnendringen. Wanneer de temperatuur
weer daalt, zal de stoom geleidelijk condenseren tot waterdruppeltjes. Die druppeltjes kunnen
het elektronisch circuit van de watch beschadigen en tot verdere schade leiden.
3. Verbinden met Bluetooth.
Zorg ervoor dat de Bluetooth op je telefoon is ingeschakeld en dat de smartwatch is
ingeschakeld. Tijdens het verbinden moet je ervoor zorgen dat de watch niet al met een ander
toestel is verbonden. Leg de smartwatch en de telefoon tijdens het verbinden zo dicht mogelijk
tegen elkaar.
4. Verleen alle machtigingen aan de app vanuit je telefoon, ook push notificaties en sta
achtergrondactiviteit van de app toe. Anders zullen de meldingen op je telefoon niet
doorstromen naar de watch.
5. Metingen van bloeddruk en zuurstofgehalte. Deze metingen moeten in absolute rust
worden uitgevoerd voor accurate data. Breng de smartwatch ter hoogte van je hart. Niet
