Vaak voorkomende problemen
Bij problemen tijdens het gebruik van de smartwatch, consulteer altijd eerst de onderstaande
troubleshooting gids.
1. De watch start niet op
• Je drukt niet lang genoeg op de aan-knop. Houdt de powerknop minstens 3 seconden
ingedrukt.
• De batterij is niet voldoende opgeladen. Verbind de smartwatch met de lader. Het is
altijd aangeraden om op te laden bij een stroom van 5V2A. Bij opladen via een laptop
duurt het minstens 30 minuten alvorens de batterij goed wordt opgeladen.
2. De watch schakelt automatisch uit.
• De batterij is te laag. Laad de smartwatch voldoende op. Bij eerste gebruik moet je
de smartwatch minstens 2 tot 3 uur opladen.
3. De smartwatch kan slechts korte tijd worden opgeladen.
• De batterij is niet voldoende opgeladen. Zorg ervoor dat de batterij voldoende is
opgeladen, minstens 2 uur.
4. De data synchroniseren niet
• De sportdata kunnen niet worden opgeslagen op de achtergrond wanneer je niet
bent ingelogd. Registreer en log in.
• De Bluetooth is niet in beide richtingen ingeschakeld. Volg de instructies voor het
verbinden van de watch.
• Het signaal is niet stabiel. Schakel Bluetooth uit en dan terug inschakelen, en
opnieuw proberen te uploaden/synchroniseren.
